You can delete all data Spool stores about you in any of these ways:
- In the app: sign in, open Settings, then press Disconnect & delete data. Deletion is immediate.
- From Threads: open your Threads account settings, find the apps and websites connected to your account, and remove Spool. Meta notifies us and we delete your data automatically.
- By email: send your Threads username to hello@meta.dwys.io. We delete your data within 30 days.
Deletion removes your Threads profile, access token, drafts, schedule, publishing history, and any photos and videos not yet published. Posts you already published stay on Threads. Delete them in the Threads app if you want them gone.
